Реферат
Рост удельной доли лиц старших возрастных групп в населении ведет к увеличению распространенности возраст-ассоциированных заболеваний, среди которых одно из лидирующих мест занимает болезнь Альцгеймера (БА). Частая коморбидность БА с поражением кожными заболеваниями, единое эмбриотическое происхождение эпидермального слоя кожи и головного мозга позволяют предположить участие эпидермиса в наличие общих патогенетических звеньев в их формировании. Цель: на основе анализа научных публикаций установить связь между кожными заболеваниями эпидермальной локализации и возникновением БА для дальнейшей разработки её неинвазивной диагностики. Материал и методы. Материалом исследования послужили научные публикации зарубежных и отечественных авторов по теме работы. Применен общенаучный метод: объективный анализ современных научных источников по проблеме исследования, обобщение, сравнение, систематизация теоретических данных о когнитивном континууме. Информационный поиск проводился по ключевым словам. Изменения в эпидермальном слое кожи у пациентов с БА отличаются от нормальных возраст-ассоциированных изменений, происходящих в эпидермисе. Периферические ткани единой эмбриональной закладки с головным мозгом (щечный и буккальный эпителий, эпидермальный слой кожи) являются потенциальными неинвазивными биомаркерами БА.
