Реферат

Цель: исследование взаимозависимости тревоги, связанной с COVID-19, с показателями одиночества, эмоционального выгорания в учебной деятельности, снижения значимости межличностных коммуникаций в выборках учащейся молодежи. Материалы и методы. Исследование выполнено в общей выборке из 450 студентов университетов Ирана, Канады и России. С помощью метода структурного моделирования проверялись гипотезы об опосредующей роли ощущения значимости и надежды в механизмах воздействия тревоги, связанной с коронавирусом, на нарушения адаптации студентов и способах преодоления дезадаптации. Результаты. Более высокий уровень тревоги, вызванной COVID-19, ассоциировался с усилением ощущения одиночества и внутренней изоляции, эмоционального выгорания, с нарастающим ощущением собственной малозначимости/незначимости, низким уровнем чувства надежды на позитивные перемены. Снижение самооценки и надежды на лучшее будущее выступали ключевыми опосредующими детерминантами, обусловливающими как вызванная пандемией тревога осложняет социальную адаптацию и освоение учебных навыков. Выводы. Полученные результаты подчеркивают первостепенное значение межличностных отношений и приоритетность психологических ресурсов жизнестойкости в формировании стратегий совладания студентов со стрессом в кризисных условиях пандемии, предполагая, что вмешательства, направленные на повышение надежды и ощущения собственной значимости, могут минимизировать деструктивное психологическое воздействие тревоги, связанной с COVID-19.
